Dr. Diaz is a Plastic Surgeon that specializes only in facial plastic surgery.  He offers  facial cosmetic procedures like facelift, eyelid, rhinoplasty, and complete facial rejuvenation including state-of-the-art non surgical therapies and treatments.


Dr. Diaz is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico.  He obtained his undergraduate education at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus where he was part of the “Natural Science One Hundred Group” from 1987 to 1991, made the National Deans List for 1991-1992, and received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology “Cum Laude” in 1991.  After completing four years of study at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine (1991-1995), Dr Diaz pursued two years of training in General Surgery (1995-1997) and four years in Otolaryngology (1999-2003) at the Puerto Rico Medical and Trauma Center.  During this time, he also served in the Trauma Center as an emergency physician and as one of the four first Hyperbaric Chamber Physicians from 1997-2003.  To further his education and training, Dr. Diaz obtained a highly specialized fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery (2003-2004).  This fellowship is recognized by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS).  Dr. Diaz has approved written and oral boards by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and is board certified in Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr Diaz is fluent in English and Spanish, which has gained him recognition in the national and international American and Hispanic communities.  He is also a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.  Dr Diaz has a special interest in cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery, facelift surgery, brow lift, rhinoplasty, lip augmentation, skin resurfacing, IPL photorejuvenation, Aluma skin renewal system, laser hair removal, otoplasty, cosmetic botox & dermal fillers, and evaluation and treatment of photoaging and skin lesions.

In his state of the art facility, Dr Diaz will utilize surgical and non-surgical methods to restore a natural and youthful appearance to the human face and neck.  Dr Diaz is an experienced cosmetic laser specialist. He is also an official physician trainer for Lumenis Corporation, one of the most important cosmetic laser companies in the world.
